The GCM-RCC countercurrent cooling system is composed of machines working together to cool the pelleted product. The hot material, thanks to a rotary valve reaches the cooling chamber, made of stainless steel and provided with special slits to allow the air passage. The external air, collected by a suitable fan, cools the material stored inside the cooling chamber. There are also two level sensors, involved in the insertion and the release of the material. Finally, through a telescopic drawer, manually settable, the cooled material reaches a vibrating system, which has the task of screening powders.
